STAFF
As of January 2020, we have opened doors to more than 100 students and 12 staff, and we continue to grow.
As of the first semester of 2026, Nadezda pre- and primary schools provide day-studying classes and boarding accommodation to 230 pupils, and 9 secondary boarding students. The teaching staff grew to 14 teachers and the non-teaching staff to 17 people.
Among them: a kitchen chef with helpers, who cater breakfast and lunch for day students, and 5 meals for the boarding children. Two matrons with helpers, who ensure the hygiene, health and well-being of the children. Two drivers and accompanying personnel to ensure the safety crossing the road, picking up and delivering students home. As well as cleaning and maintenance staff, animal keepers and security guards.
To ensure the smooth and orderly running of the schools, a Project director and two Head teachers keep under control the teaching/studying process and boarding conditions.
The school also offers two school buses to collect day students from the remote neighbouring areas. We also have alternative transportation for emergency situations available on-site at all times.

FAITH
Faith isn't just a notion that some people hold onto in tough times; faith is an important element to all human life on earth. Faith is what helps to get us through, helping to give us strength in times of weakness. Without faith, we are nothing. Never give up on your hopes and your dreams just because you faced some initial setbacks. Lean on your faith as often as possible and you’ll soon come to realize why having unwavering faith is so important in life.
HARD WORK
I believe much in hard working because hard work is the most important key to success. Achievements without hard work are impossible. An idle person can never gain anything if they sit and wait for a better opportunity to come. The person who is working hard is able to gain success and happiness in life.
As the Director of the Nadezda school in Mbuyuni, Tanzania, I strive to promote collaboration, strong leadership, trust, and respect towards my co-workers, students, and their parents.
The school project has enabled me to develop the highly valued skill of foreseeing the inevitable issues arising in any such project and, together with my team, I am always able to be a few steps ahead with practical solutions.
It is very important to me to show my loyalty and commitment to the project by communicating clearly and honestly with the project founders, making tough decisions when necessary, and rewarding the team's hard work and discipline.
VALUE IN HER LIFE
Commitment - When I commit to the people and things that are truly important to me, like my career or my company, the results are that my relationships will improve, I will be more successful in achieving my goals, and I will have more time to share my experiences with others and also to enjoy my own life journey.

VALUE IN HER LIFE
Loyalty - It helps me to remember my priorities in life. It makes me remember the people who put me first, so I do the same for them. Those who deem my presence and contributions important will not break my trust and, in turn, I will do the same for them. This way, my priorities will always remain clear.
VALUE IN HER LIFE
Teamwork - When teamwork is effectively implemented, then communication, collaboration and combined efforts make for a better outcome. Everyone brings their skills, talents and experiences to the table to achieve a common goal. The different thinking styles of each person involved in any project mean more creativity and innovation in the final result.
